What happens to my furniture, my floors and my routine?

That’s the real fear when painters come into your home, so that’s where our protocol starts. Day one, everything that isn’t being painted gets protected: floors, furniture grouped and wrapped, lamps, sockets, frames. We work zone by zone so the flat stays livable, with fast-drying, virtually odourless water-based paints. Every evening the crew tidies and clears the walkways. And the final clean is ours, not yours: we enter a lived-in flat and hand back a painted, clean one on delivery day.

Why preparation matters more than paint

A freshly painted flat almost always looks good; the difference shows at six months. Badly sealed cracks reopen, damp stains bleed through, and sheen betrays the walls nobody sanded. So preparation gets whatever time it needs: fissures sealed (with mesh where required), stains blocked with the right primer, fine sanding before every coat. We check the result under raking light — the test no rushed job survives — before calling the work finished.

How do we choose colours without regrets?

Colour is the decision people enjoy most and fear most. Our method: advice based on each room’s real light (north, south, internal patio), real samples painted on your walls, viewed by day and by night before deciding. Any colour system — NCS, RAL, manufacturer decks — and honest guidance about when an intense colour needs an extra coat or when an off-white will live better than a pure one. The goal is a home with no “I’ll get used to it” walls.

What certainty do I have on dates and price?

Three things go in writing: start date, delivery date, fixed price. The quote itemises rooms, preparation, paint brand and number of coats, so there’s nowhere for surprises to hide — and anything we missed at the visit is on us.
